REFUND POLICY:   All Funds received are considered to be donations and are non-refundable. No exceptions.

RETURN ITEM POLICY:  The fee for any and all return checks ot credit card charge backs is $55.00 per occurence. No exceptions.

 

AFFLIATIONS:  The California Christian Chamber Church is affliated with the Church of the Living God, Inc. and Bellker Theatre Company Inc.

PARTNERSHIP SUSPENSION POLICY:   All Partners, employees and volunteers of the California Christian Chamber of Commerce are expected to treat one another including our  customers with respect,  maintain professionalism and exercise appropiateness at all times while working within and for the California Christian Chamber of Commerce. Complaints are investigated and issues of this sort are taken very seriously. If a partner is found to be in violation of this policy or other policies set forth by the California Christian Chamber of Commerce, your partnership and any other affliations will be canceled, There will be no refund off  any fees paid and any other remedy deemed appropriate shall commence.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT OR OTHER HARASSMENT POLICY: 

Sexual Harassment or other forms of Harassment is stictly prohibited. It is unlawful to harass a person (a Partner, employee or volunteer) because of that person’s sex. Harassment can include “sexual harassment” or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature. Harassment does not have to be of a sexual nature, however, and can include offensive remarks about a person’s sex. For example, it is illegal to harass a woman by making offensive comments about women in general. Both victim and the harasser can be either a woman or a man, and the victim and harasser can be the same sex. Although the law doesn’t prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or isolated incidents that are not very serious, harassment is illegal when it is so frequent or severe that it creates a hostile or offensive work environment or when it results in an adverse employment decision (such as the victim being fired or demoted). The harasser can be the victim's supervisor, a supervisor in another area, a co-worker, or someone who is not an employee of the employer, such as a partners client or customer.  Complaints are investigated and these issues are taken very seriously. If a partner, employee or volunteer is found to be in violation of this policy or other policies set forth by the California Christian Chamber of Commerce, your partnership and any other affliations will be canceled and any other remedy deemed appropriate shall commence.

NON DISCRIMINATION POLICY:  The California Chamber of Commerce  prohibits discrimination against and harassment of any partner, employee, any applicant for employment or volunteer because of race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, veteran status or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law. All representatives, personnel,  are charged to support this effort and to respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns that are brought to their attention.

WORKPLACE VIOENCE PREVENTION: Prohibited conduct in the workplace or at events of the California Chamber of Commerce includes violent behavior, physical attacks, verbal or physical threats of violence, physical intimidation, stalking, and property damage committed by or against any staff, or partner or volunteer.  Prohibited conduct does not encompass lawful acts of self-defense or the defense of others. The prevention of workplace violence is a shared responsibility. Reporting incidents to external agencies are encouraged.
